Kristin Taylor:
Medical Affairs Administrator
Kristin has more than ten years of experience in the healthcare community with positions in the following roles: Human Resources, Occupational Medicine, Marketing, and Vocational Rehab. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors with North Idaho’s lakes and streams for fishing and their mountains for camping and hiking. Kristin has been with INBC for 1.5 years.

Debbie Green
Debbie has worked at INBC for 17 years, the last three spent as a Pheresis Nurse. In her spare time Debbie enjoys dancing, gardening, camping, hiking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and reading (I usually have 2 books going at the same time).
Donna Pickens
Donna joined the therapeutics team at INBC 1 ½ years ago. She has been an RN for 30+ years, with roles ranging from hospital floor nursing to ICU, dialysis, and most recently IV home infusion. Donna’s hobbies include gardening, bike riding, hiking, skiing (pretty much anything outdoors except for rock climbing), and my most recent passion, playing tennis.
Lynette Slavicek
Lynette has been an apheresis RN for 27 years. She worked at INBC from 1982 until 1985 and I returned to INBC in 1990. Lynette has been married for 39 years and she and her husband have a 37 year old son. Her hobbies include horses - I have two, running, skiing and anything connected with the outdoors.
Cindy Little
Cindy joined the Hemapheresis team at INBC in 2004 after a 22 year career in labor and delivery nursing. Raised in Los Angeles, she resides in beautiful Coeur d'Alene. Cindy and her husband Mike (also a nurse) enjoy sailing and traveling. Cindy is also an avid quilter.
