Board of Directors

INBC is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of healthcare professionals, business leaders, and community members. The Board Members have term limits and serve strictly in a voluntary capacity. These individuals make, review, evaluate, and approve broad strategic policies for the organization that include new developments, staffing, benefits, annual audits, fundraising, and CEO selection and evaluations. The Board of Directors also provide strategic insight, guidance, and leadership to the Chief Executive Officer, management team, staff, and volunteers.
